HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
On average it takes up to 10 business days (when the items are in stock). Shortly after placing an order you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received and is now being processed. Once we ship your order, you will be provided with a track and trace code via email. You can generally expect to receive your order within 6-8 business days once you received your order confirmation.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY urbanized bikes?
Your Urbanized bike is 95% pre-assembled. We want to keep your Urbanized experience hassle free from the very beginning. That is why we designed a special box for our bikes. All you need to do is mount the pedals and adjust the seat and the stem. Please, follow the instructions on the User Manual enclosed in the box, or see the Technical Support section of our website.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship our bikes to all countries within the EU. Please, contact us for delivery options for countries outside the EU.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY FEES?
We ship our bikes free of charge. All accessories you purchase with your bicycle will be delivered without a charge, and will be placed in the bicycle box. When purchased separately, accessories will be placed in a box and will be shipped for a flat fee of 39 EUR.
WHAT DO I DO WHEN I RECEIVE A DAMAGED BOX?
Please, inspect your package upon arrival. If a shipment arrives with obvious shipping damage, please, document the damage by taking photos before inspecting the product inside. If the product is damaged, please contact us within 2 business days and send photos where applicable to email@example.com. Please, also save the boxes and packing materials.

Size Large (56 cm) fits height 182-195 cm.

DO URBANIZED BICYCLES COME WITH A WARRANTY?
All Urbanized bicycles come with a 2 year warranty. User-incurred damage, unforeseen accidents, and/or everyday wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. Claims must be made directly to firstname.lastname@example.org
